SymphonicGrow (symphonicgrow.com) is a design and development studio. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our client dashboard, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Privacy policies for the apps we publish (such as Ave) are separate and live on their own pages, because each app has its own — usually much stricter — data practices.

Contact and project inquiries: when you submit a form on this site, we receive what you type — typically your name, email address, and message, and optionally your company, phone number, service interest, and budget range. We use it to respond to you, and for nothing else.

Website chat: if you use the chat widget, the messages you send are stored so we can read and answer them, and so the conversation survives a page reload.

Client dashboard: if you become a client, we create an account for you (name, email, and a securely hashed password or your sign-in provider identity). The dashboard stores the working content of your project — milestones, files you upload, messages, meeting bookings, invoices, and payment status.

Technical data: to prevent spam and abuse, our form endpoints keep a short-lived, one-way hashed version of your IP address for rate limiting. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser user agent, pages requested).

We run no advertising and no third-party ad trackers, and we don't sell or rent your data to anyone. Any usage statistics we look at are collected by our own systems, not by an advertising network.

We never see or store card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.

We use essential cookies only: a session cookie that keeps you signed in to the client dashboard, and security tokens that protect forms. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your data is stored with the infrastructure providers that run this site — our hosting platform, database, file storage, and email delivery service — each acting under contract as a processor. We share data with them only as needed to operate the service, and with no one else, unless the law requires it.

Inquiries and chat messages are kept for as long as they're useful for responding to you and keeping a record of our conversation. Client dashboard data is kept for the duration of our working relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll take care of it — there's no form or process to fight through.

This website and the client dashboard are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If our data practices change, this page will be updated with a new effective date. Meaningful changes that affect existing clients will also be communicated directly.
