The short version
Fuse does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device. We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no ads.
Data you enter stays on your device
Fuse stores the information you provide — FSA account details, balances, deadlines, logged purchases, and your spend-down plan — only in the app's private storage on your device. This data is never sent to us or to any third party. Deleting the app deletes this data.
If you use the home-screen widget, a small summary (balance, amount at risk, and deadline date) is shared between the app and its widget through Apple's app-group container, which also lives entirely on your device.
Notifications
All reminders and alarms are local notifications, scheduled and delivered by iOS on your device. No notification content ever leaves your device, and we never see it.
Purchases
The optional one-time upgrade (Fuse Pro) is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details, card numbers, or billing information. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
No tracking, no third parties
Fuse contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising frameworks, no crash reporters, and no third-party code that communicates over the internet. The app makes no network requests of its own.
Children's privacy
Fuse is a financial reminder tool intended for adults with employer-sponsored FSA benefits. It is not directed at children under 13, and — because the app collects nothing — no data from any user, of any age, is gathered.
Health and financial information
Items you log (for example “sunscreen” or “contact lenses”) may relate to health purchases. This information is stored only on your device, is never transmitted, and is never analyzed by anyone.
Fuse provides general reminders and eligibility information; it is not tax, legal, or benefits advice — your plan administrator has the final say on eligibility and deadlines.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of Fuse ever changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated here before that version ships, with the effective date revised above.
