Information we collect
None. Beacon does not collect any personal information, usage data, analytics, or diagnostics. The app:
— Requires no account, sign-up, or login
— Contains no advertising and no ad networks
— Contains no analytics or tracking SDKs of any kind
— Makes no network requests — all question banks are bundled with the app and work fully offline
Data stored on your device
Your study progress (questions answered, practice exam scores, streaks, and readiness statistics) is stored only in the app's private storage on your own device. This data never leaves your device, and we have no ability to access it.
Deleting the app permanently deletes this data. You can also erase it at any time from within the app via Settings → Reset all progress.
Children's privacy
Beacon does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data is collected or transmitted, the app is safe for users of all ages.
Third parties
We do not share data with third parties, because we have none to share. Beacon includes no third-party services, SDKs, or integrations.
Apple App Store disclosure
In App Store Connect privacy terms, Beacon's classification is “Data Not Collected.”
Changes to this policy
If a future version of Beacon ever changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the effective date above will change.
